Name: Harten Home Hub
Brand: Harten Home

Question 1

What is Harten Home?

Accepted Answer

A beautifully simple in-home hub plus a family app for everyone else. Photos sent from your phone appear on their screen. One tap rings their hub for an HD video call. Friendly reminders show up at the right moment.

Question 2

Who is it for?

Accepted Answer

Adult children who want to stay close to aging parents — especially parents who don't use smartphones, tablets, or apps comfortably.

Question 3

How is this different from a digital photo frame?

Accepted Answer

Photo frames are one-way. Harten Home is two-way: HD video calls answered with one tap, private notes and announcements sent straight to their hub, friendly reminders for meds, meals, and appointments, a nudge when family contact goes quiet, and a shared family calendar.

Question 4

Do they need to set anything up?

Accepted Answer

No. The hub arrives pre-paired to your family account. They plug it in. That's it.

Question 5

When does my hub ship?

Accepted Answer

Reservations are open now and shipping begins in early 2026, first-come first-served. We'll email you the week before yours ships.

Question 6

How much will the hub cost?

Accepted Answer

$275 at ship. You reserve free today (no credit card). Cancel anytime before we charge.

Question 7

Do you watch or record the camera?

Accepted Answer

Never. The camera is off until you start a call. We do not analyze video, we do not record calls, we do not use the camera for any kind of monitoring.

Question 8

Can I invite siblings or other caregivers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your family account supports unlimited members.

Stay close to Mom and Dad. From anywhere.
